How to get started: 

 We will produce your highlight film in 4 easy steps:

       

1.  Call us to schedule the production:  It is best to let us know at the beginning of the season or at least two weeks before you need the finished film. 


2.  Select your plays:  Using the timer on your media player write down the starting and ending time of the plays you want used in your film.  (A DVS Tracking sheet can be requested on the forms page).  If you are sending footage of only highlights you do not need to complete this step.  If you have a particular order you want your plays in mark that on the tracking sheet as well.  It is standard for DVS to separate plays into categories such as offense/defense, scoring/assists etc.
 
3.  Send us your footage:  Once we receive your footage we will digitize the footage and input it into our editing system.  Footage can be sent in any format but it best to use the original media such as Mini DV or DVD.

4.  Produce your film:   Within the next two weeks we will produce your film and email you a link to review your film for approval.  Once you have approved the film we will finalize the project make hard copies and ship or deliver them to you.  We will also post your film on your personal page on our website for coaches to view online. 

Before production can begin you must first read the DVS General Policy and complete the Client sign-up form located in the sidebar menu.  Minumum payment of $250 is due before production can begin.  If production costs will be greater than the minimum it will be discussed and agreed upon by both the client and DVS representaive.
